Absolutely nothing is added to our Munkijo Coconut Vinegar - no sugars and no preservatives! Our process is simple and traditional. Pure, natural sap is collected from the blossoms of coconut trees. This nutrient-rich sap is then naturally fermented and aged to perfection.
Coconut vinegar has a slightly milder taste than apple cider vinegar.
